Please be advised of the progress made at Omega Condominium No. 11 over the past few months;
The chattahoochee has been removed form the catwalks, stairwells and landings and the new cool deck will be applied within the next two weeks.
The required 40 Year Recertification will be completed pending the structural repairs and the roof replacement.
The Board of Directors has applied for a Line of Credit with SouthState Bank which has been approved. In order to fund the Line of Credit a Special Assessment was approved.
The Board of Directors have received quotes and will approve the contractor for the structural repairs required to complete the 40 Year Recertification.
The roof will be replaced when the materials become available. Due to Covid 19 there is a delay from the manufactures for roofing supplies.
Following the structural repairs and the roof replacement the building will be painted.
The Board of Directors has been working diligently with the City of Plantation and the vendors to have all of the projects completed as soon as possible.
PAY MY MAINTENANCE
Each year USA Management will supply you with twelve pre-addressed maintenance payment envelopes. Make your maintenance check payable to 'Omega 11', enclose it in the envelope we provide and drop in the mail. Please don't forget a stamp. You can also drop the envelope into the building's mail slot by the elevator.
