RENT OR SELL YOUR UNIT

 

To rent or sell your unit, your renter or buyer will need to complete the online application process and then be screened and approved by the Board of Directors.

Please make sure that your buyer/renter meets the qualifications required by the Association's documents before they begin the application process.

DOWNPAYMENT REQUIRED BY ASSOCIATION

A minimum of TEN PERCENT must be put down when purchasing a unit

MINIMUM CREDIT SCORE REQUIRED BY ASSOCIATION

To be approved by the Association, applicant must have a minimum credit 

score of 650

NO PETS ALLOWED

Pets of any kind are not allowed at the building. Service animals are permitted

with proper paperwork submitted.
