BUILDING NOTICES

 

        There have been complaints that the common BBQ Grill is not being cleaned after each use. Due to limited space, owners have been encouraged not to purchase their own grills. The association has purchased a common grill for all owners to use. We have in the past provided a grill brush with which to clean the grill after each use, however, we have learned that the brush quickly becomes unusable with everyone making use of it. We ask each owner who would like to use the grill to please invest in a suitable cleaning brush to keep in their Unit and to clean the grill immediately after using.

 

           In the past the association has purchased fire extinguishers for all of the units and has arranged for them to be inspected each year. Due to the high owner turnover, we have not been able to maintain this policy. In compliance with the City code, we will be placing an extinguisher in each of the common areas, the Breezeway, the Pool Pump House and in each of the laundry rooms. If an owner would like to have an extinguisher in their unit, we recommend that they purchase it themselves.

PAY MY MAINTENANCE

Each year USA Management will supply you with twelve pre-addressed maintenance payment envelopes. Make your maintenance check payable to 'The Royal Scot', enclose it in the envelope we provide and drop in the mail. Please don't forget a stamp.
