PAY MY MAINTENANCE

Upon request, USA Management will supply you with twelve pre-addressed maintenance payment envelopes. Make your maintenance check payable to 'Omega 8 Condo', enclose it in the envelope we provide and drop in the mail. Please don't forget a stamp.

APPLY TO OWN OR RENT

To own or reside at Omega 8 Condominium, you must be approved by the Board of Directors. This application process is fairly easy. You must first download, read and agree to the By-Laws and Rules & Regulations of the Association. You can download these rules below.
