PLEASE help keep our community clean!!

NOTE: trash collection days are Monday & Saturday. Recyclable items (cardboard, plastics, etc.) are collected on Tuesday. All cardboard boxes should be broken down and placed in the designated area.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Maintenance payments can be dropped off to the office/office Dropbox or mailed to USA Management located at 9000 Sheridan Street, Suite #166, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024

 The community gym is open until 9pm and the pool is open from dawn to dusk daily

All visitors of residents (both owners & renters) that will be on the property past midnight or stay overnight must get a visitor’s pass to avoid getting their vehicles booted Click HERE to register your vehicle

 If anyone is moving in or moving out OR if furniture and/or appliances are being delivered, make sure to contact the office at least 48 hours ahead of time to schedule the padding of the elevators

If your hot water heater is 10 years or older have it inspected to ensure the condition is adequate and that it's not time to replace it

Kindly ensure that your unit does not have any running toilets, leaking faucets, etc. to avoid higher than normal association water bills.


Make sure to flush your air conditioning drain lines as needed to prevent any buildup which may cause backup resulting in potential damaging water leaks.


Feeding ANY animals, i.e. dogs, cats, ducks, etc., is strictly prohibited outside of the unit on Association property. PLEASE DO NOT FEED DUCKS OR CATS

Residents are required to pick up after their pets on association property. Additionally, all pets MUST be walked on a leash. ALL violations will be subject to a fine.

APPLY TO OWN OR RENT

To own or reside at Lago West Condominium Association, you must first be approved by the Board of Directors. This application process is fairly easy. You must first download, read and agree to the Rules & Regulations of the Association. You can download these rules below.

Once you have read and agree to the By-Laws and Rules & Regulations, you must complete the Pet Application, even if you do not have a pet. This acknowledges that you understand the rules regarding pets at Lago West. Once you click the link below, it will open in a new window. Complete the application and then come back to this window to complete the Rental/Purchase application process.
