BULK TRASH

Bulk will be picked up on the FOURTH Thursday of the month from this point forward, not the LAST Thursday. Please make a note of this so bulk trash isn't sitting out for weeks at a time. Please do not place bulk trash until the SATURDAY before pickup.

ASSOCIATION MEETINGS

Building meetings are held at the pool deck. There is no meeting currently scheduled, but check back often to see when the next meeting is announced. Please do your best to attend these important meetings.

MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS

Each year USA Management will supply you with twelve pre-addressed maintenance payment envelopes. Make your maintenance check payable to 'Avondale', enclose it in the envelope we provide and drop in the mail. Please don't forget a stamp.
