If you want to rent or sell your unit, your buyer or renter will need to complete the application process and then be approved by the association.

Please make sure that your buyer/renter meets the qualifications required by your association's documents, (for example, does your building allow pets, is your buyer over 55, etc.) before they begin the application process. 

If you are renting, please contact your board to make sure there are no rental restrictions that would prevent your rental from being approved.
