BUILDING NOTICES

The board of directors is working with USA Management to schedule the Association's annual meeting in a manner that will maintain safety protocols for covid-19 prevention.  Once it is decided how to proceed, notice will be posted here as well as mailed to owners.

PAY MY MAINTENANCE

Each year USA Management will supply you with twelve pre-addressed maintenance payment envelopes. Make your maintenance check payable to 'Park Place', enclose it in the envelope we provide and drop in the mail. Please don't forget a stamp.
