Each year USA Management will supply you with twelve pre-addressed maintenance payment envelopes. Make your maintenance check payable to 'Omega 9', enclose it in the envelope we provide and drop in the mail. Please don't forget a stamp. You can also drop the envelope into the building's mail slot by the elevator.
