Kindly ensure that your unit does not have any running toilets, leaking faucets, etc. to avoid higher than normal association water bills.
Make sure to flush your air conditioning drain lines as needed to prevent any buildup which may cause backup resulting in potential damaging water leaks.
Feeding ANY animals, i.e. dogs, cats, ducks, etc., is strictly prohibited outside of the unit on Association property. PLEASE DO NOT FEED DUCKS OR CATS
Residents are required to pick up after their pets on association property. Additionally, all pets MUST be walked on a leash. ALL violations will be subject to a fine.

To own or reside at Omega 2 Condominium Association, you must first be approved by the Board of Directors. This application process is fairly easy. You must first download, read and agree to the Rules & Regulations of the Association. You can download these rules below.

Once you have read and agree to the By-Laws and Rules & Regulations, you must complete the Pet Application, even if you do not have a pet. This acknowledges that you understand the rules regarding pets at Omega 2. Once you click the link below, it will open in a new window. Complete the application and then come back to this window to complete the Rental/Purchase application process.
