Bulk trash is collected on the second and fourth Friday of each month. Rugs, carpet, padding, fencing and similar materials must be rolled and securely tied. Unacceptable items will not be moved in order to collect acceptable items. Bulk items of a disorderly or hazardous nature will not be collected. Do not place bulk items for collection next to a mailbox, utility pole or close to a fence, and please do not place bulk items until the day before the scheduled pick up.

The 2021 Annual Meeting will be held on December 31, 2020 at the clubhouse. Please remember to fill out and bring the ballot and proxy that was mailed to you.

Your monthly maintenance fee of $125 is due on the first of each month. Make your maintenance check payable to 'Eden Point North', enclose it in the envelope we provide and drop in the mail. Please don't forget a stamp.
