BUILDING NOTICES

Please be advised of the following violations of the Rules and Regulations of Omega Condominium No. 5. Vehicles are not to be parked in Fire Lane in the front of the building at any time. Violators will immediately be towed without further notice. The owner will be responsible for towing and impound fee. The feeding the ducks creates a problem of duck droppings. Violators will be assessed.  

Per the Insurance Company door mats are not permitted as they may cause a slip and fall. The door mats will be removed by the Association and disposed of after August 31st, 2021. Bicycles scooters, etc. are not permitted to be stored under the stairways at any time per Broward County Code Enforcement. If not removed by August 31st, they will be removed and disposed.

 

Pets: 

Small pets are permitted. Pets are not permitted in the recreation area. All pets must be leashed at all times and droppings must be picked up by the owner or tenant. Failure to comply will result in Broward County Code Enforcement fines of $250..00 per occurrence. If your unit is rented please advise your tenants of these rules.

PAY MY MAINTENANCE

Each year USA Management will supply you with twelve pre-addressed maintenance payment envelopes. Make your maintenance check payable to 'Omega 5', enclose it in the envelope we provide and drop in the mail. Please don't forget a stamp. You can also drop the envelope into the building's mail slot by the elevator.
