The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held on December 31, 2023 at the clubhouse. Please remember to fill out and bring the ballot and proxy that was mailed to you.
The Pool deck will be closed on June first for maintenance. It will be open to everyone on June second.

Make your maintenance check payable to 'Ocean Terrace Condo', enclose it in any envelope and drop in the mail. Please don't forget a stamp.
