The 2021 Annual Meeting will be held on December 31, 2020 at the clubhouse. Please remember to fill out and bring the ballot and proxy that was mailed to you.
The Pool deck will be closed on June first for maintenance. It will be open to everyone on June second.
PAY MY MAINTENANCE
Each year USA Management will supply you with twelve pre-addressed maintenance payment envelopes. Make your maintenance check payable to 'MeadowBrook Condo 1', enclose it in the envelope we provide and drop in the mail. Please don't forget a stamp.
