PAY MY MAINTENANCE
Each year USA Management will supply you with twelve pre-addressed maintenance payment envelopes. Make your maintenance check payable to 'Lago West Condominium', enclose it in the envelope we provide and drop in the mail. Please don't forget a stamp.

APPLY TO OWN OR RENT
To own or reside at Lago West Condominium Association, you must first be approved by the Board of Directors. This application process is fairly easy. You must first download, read and agree to the Rules & Regulations of the Association. You can download these rules below.
Once you have read and agree to the By-Laws and Rules & Regulations, you must complete the Pet Application, even if you do not have a pet. This acknowledges that you understand the rules regarding pets at Lago West. Once you click the link below, it will open in a new window. Complete the application and then come back to this window to complete the Rental/Purchase application process.
If you have completed the above pet application, you can continue to the Rental/Purchase application by clicking the link below. Skipping any step will result in your application being denied. Please read the instructions carefully and make sure you have all of the requested documents ready for upload.
