Architectural modification refers to any change to the exterior or interior of your unit or the building itself that affects its appearance or structure. Any major work done in your unit, such as changing cabinetry in your kitchen, replacing your flooring or even replacing a window or door to your exterior requires approval from the Board of Directors. Your contractor will need to follow the link below to fill out the request and submit it to the board along with their insurance certificate before the work is to begin for approval.
